Marketing intelligence practice

The work a marketing team no longer has the people to do.

Ten productized services for major brands. Scoped and priced before you sign. Delivered in days, by senior operators running modern AI — not by a pyramid of juniors billing by the hour.

The thesis

Marketing teams got smaller. The questions they are asked to answer got harder, and more frequent.

Insights teams were cut. Agency retainers were trimmed. Meanwhile the CEO wants to know what AI assistants say about the brand, the CFO wants the sponsorship portfolio defended line by line, and the board wants the experiential budget justified with numbers.

The conventional answer is a consulting engagement — six figures, six months, and a deck at the end. That model no longer matches the clock speed of the questions.

Every service in the catalog below is research, analysis, measurement or production work: precisely the categories where modern AI compresses six weeks of effort into six days, provided a senior operator is directing it. The machines do the volume. We keep the judgment.

The catalog

Ten services, priced before you sign anything.

Each one answers a question a marketing leader is being asked right now and cannot easily answer. Buy them individually or stack them.

Process

Three steps. No procurement marathon.

The engagement model is built around the complaint we hear most: the distance between deciding to do something and being able to start.

STEP 01

A 45-minute scoping call

You describe the question. We name the service that answers it, what it costs, and what lands on your desk. If nothing in the catalog fits, we say so — we don't invent engagements.

STEP 02

A one-page statement of work

Defined deliverable, defined date, defined fee. First engagements are deliberately priced below the signature threshold that triggers a ninety-day vendor onboarding.

STEP 03

Delivery, then your decision

The work arrives on the promised date with a working session to walk it. Continue into a retainer, buy another service, or stop. Nothing auto-renews.

Operating constraints

Four commitments, in writing.

These are constraints rather than copy. They are the reason the work is fast, and the reason we turn engagements away.

Senior people do the work

There is no delivery pyramid. Whoever is on the scoping call is the person building the analysis. Nothing gets handed to a team you never meet.

We stay independent

We don't represent talent, we don't resell media, and we take no commission from rights holders. When we evaluate a deal or a signing, nothing rides on the answer.

Four active engagements, maximum

Concurrent work is capped on purpose. When we're full, we say so and give you a date. Speed isn't real if it's split across twenty clients.

Fixed fees, plain English

Prices are published in the catalog above. No hourly billing, no change orders for asking a question, no deliverable that needs a translator.

Proof before procurement

Pick one question. We'll answer it.

We would rather show the work than sell it. Choose one of the two engagements below and we'll scope it in a single working session. If it earns its place, we'll talk about what comes next. If it doesn't, you've spent one introductory call and nothing further.

Get in touch

Tell us the question you can't answer.

Two sentences about what you're trying to figure out is enough. We'll reply with which service fits, what it costs, and how fast we can turn it — or tell you plainly that we're not the right call.
